doing today so what so just to make uh so basically by all carb i mean i'm not going to be eating any overt sources of protein or of fat of course there is a tiny amount of fat in everything all the things i'm going to be eating today lots of fruit lots of veggies bread pasta potatoes all the carbs just all the carbs going down the chute today but i won't be adding any overt fats to my meals which for me is going to be the biggest struggle ever because if you already know me if you've watched any of my videos i get the majority of my calories from fat whenever i've tracked i mean i don't usually track but when i do i even did a raw vegan experiment recently and i ate almost 200 grams of fat in that day my main source of calories has always come from tahini peanut butter walnuts hemp seeds avocado avocado so don't get me wrong even though the majority of my calories do come from fat in my diet i always eat a lot of what is peak bioboost , where to buy peak...
