 reviewed was how we treat them trying to diagnose a relapse is very hard when somebody's not in front of me um because what people notice is many times different than what i notice many times people complain about fatigue or pain and i don't know if they're having a relapse we examine them and they're weak on one side now i know they have a relapse some smaller people can be quite weak and not really notice it because they just kind of float down the hall they don't have a lot of mass to

control and they can they can walk just fine other big people they can be a tiny bit weak and very disabled because they just can't move their their their body around right um some things are obvious you're vision you've got double vision or you've got blurred vision are you you're very very dizzy which doesn't have to be an ms relapse it can be normal dizziness that happens to more people uh they have a tremor they have a clumsy hand they have a they have a weak hand they have a clumsy leg or a weak leg or
